Our investment philosophy is predicated on backing great management teams and helping them maximize the potential of their business. Our capital comes from the Kubera Cross-Border Fund, a closed-end private equity fund listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM) - this gives us and our portfolio companies the long-term orientation of permanent capital.

We invest between $20 million and $40 million per investment but can make significantly larger investments where appropriate. We seek to invest between $150 million and $200 million this year in a limited set of investments where our expertise can help create long-term value.
