Tarun Pande
Principal
Prior to joining Kubera, Tarun was an Associate with A.T. Kearney at their Chicago office. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Tarun served as the Chief Financial Officer of ConnectCapital Holdings, a cross-border fund affiliated with Insight Venture Partners. At ConnectCapital, he assisted with the fund´s deal negotiation and structuring in regards to its investment activities, as well as the liquidity events involving ConnectCapital´s portfolio companies. Tarun began his professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Tarun received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
Nirav Vakil
Associate
Nirav has experience in legal, company secretarial and compliance aspects. Prior to joining Kubera, Nirav was Associate Vice President - Compliance at HSBC Asset Management in its Mumbai office. While at HSBC, he was responsible for legal aspects relating to HSBC´s alliances with channel partners and brokers, including the drafting, review and execution of various agreements. He shared responsibility for ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations, specifically mutual fund and takeover regulations. He was also involved in finalizing offer documents, regular monitoring activities and compliance audits of business departments
Nirav received a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. He is also a qualified Company Secretary.
