Tarun Pande
Principal
Prior to joining Kubera, Tarun was an Associate with A.T. Kearney at their Chicago office. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Tarun served as the Chief Financial Officer of ConnectCapital Holdings, a cross-border fund affiliated with Insight Venture Partners. At ConnectCapital, he assisted with the fund´s deal negotiation and structuring in regards to its investment activities, as well as the liquidity events involving ConnectCapital´s portfolio companies. Tarun began his professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
Tarun received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Mumbai. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
Sneha Karwa
Associate
Sneha has experience in tax, legal, and exchange control regulations. Prior to joining Kubera, Sneha was an Associate with BMR Advisors in their consulting and tax division. While at BMR, she advised several Fortune 500 clients on business advisory and taxation matters. She shared responsibility for ensuring compliance with Indian tax and foreign exchange control regulations. She also has prior experience in drafting, review and execution of various agreements.
Sneha received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Mumbai. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
